Get Ready for an Adrenaline Rush: Paintball in The Bahamas

Paintball is hands down one of the most fun and exhilarating experiences we've ever had! The session kicks off with gearing up in your helmet, pellet-proof vest, and protective pads—all provided in your package. Once you're suited up, the guide gives a crucial 101 on how to safely use your gun and the game rules. Don’t tune this out like you would a flight attendant; this info can save a friend from losing an eye, so listen up!

The Battle Begins

After the briefing, your group will be led down a winding dirt road to a field filled with overturned cars, jumbo tires, and secret sniper hiding places. It’s here that you realize it’s about to get real! You'll have a total of 60 minutes on the field, and your group can choose from a number of games to play, such as Capture The Flag. But the common goal among all the games is… Don’t. Get. Shot!

Once your plan of attack is set and everyone is in position, the fog horn blows. Your adrenaline starts pumping, guns begin to fire, and instantly all friendships go on pause. You care only about one thing: defeating the enemy… respectfully! Protect your flag/camp at all costs.

What to Wear

Being dressed appropriately is absolutely crucial. Why? Because paintball pellets pack a punch! It’s like being stung by an elastic band, but a lot harder. We strongly recommend wearing thick pants like Dickies and thick long sleeves for extra padding and protection from the terrain. This activity will have you running, jumping, crawling, and doing Matrix moves just to win. It’s a thrill and wild fun, so dress for the mission.

Perfect for Groups

Paintball can be done with groups as small as four people, but we recommend a large, even group of 10 or more for maximum fun.

Tips for a Great Experience

  1. Wear a thick long-sleeve shirt and pants.

  2. Bring a face towel and a bottle of water.

  3. Book an early morning or pre-evening session to avoid the heat.

  4. Go with a group. We recommend 8–12 people.

  5. Try not to get shot… much.
